Job Summary

A company is looking for an Intake Admissions Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Process daily patient referral and intake operations
• Coordinate care with service providers and obtain physician orders as needed
• Follow up with patients regarding Start of Care and service satisfaction

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Associates degree or equivalent healthcare/home care experience required
• Two years of healthcare experience, with one year in home care preferred
• Experience in Medical Terminology preferred
• Knowledge of government regulations and private payer practices
• Ability to meet all physical demands of the role
