Intake and Admissions Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Intake and Admissions Associate (PST).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients and referring providers, managing referrals and guiding clients through the intake process
• Educate clients and referral partners about Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient programs, while verifying insurance eligibility and benefits
• Conduct initial intake screenings, schedule evaluations, and coordinate the collection of relevant medical records

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in intake and admissions within a healthcare provider organization
• Comfortable with technology, particularly CRM and EMR platforms
• Proven ability to manage high call volumes in a professional manner
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace
• Experience in IOP or PHP levels of care is preferred
