Intake and Conflicts Specialist
Job Summary
To support a growing law firm, the fully remote Intake and Conflicts Specialist will review candidate conflicts questionnaires, run conflicts searches, and analyze complex conflicts issues across corporate and legal entity structures.
Key responsibilities:
- Review candidate conflicts questionnaires for completeness and compliance with firm policy
- Run new hire conflicts searches using firm databases and apply Boolean search logic
- Research and analyze parties, corporate affiliations, and related entities using various resources
Required qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience processing conflict checks and intake requests via Intapp Open
- Database/corporate research experience with Hoovers/Dun & Bradstreet, Bureau van Dijk, or Capital IQ
- Experience with Intapp Walls as an admin user (preferred)
- Experience with 3E and/or iManage is a plus
