Job Summary

Intake and Enrollment Coordinator is a full-time role responsible for converting qualified leads into enrolled participants across various training pathways, focusing on efficient program matching and pipeline management.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert inbound leads into enrolled participants through intake conversations and assessments
• Match participants to appropriate programs and guide them through application and enrollment processes
• Manage a high-volume pipeline of prospective participants while maintaining consistent communication

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years in admissions, enrollment, workforce development, or similar roles
• Proven ability to convert leads into successful outcomes
• Experience with SNAP E&T, WIOA, or similar programs preferred
• Comfortable in a metrics-driven, fast-paced environment
• Strong relationship-building skills
