Intake Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Intake Associate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurate and timely data entry of patient order information
• Participating in cross-functional projects to improve the Intake team and larger Customer Success organization
• Collaborating with other teams to ensure correct order handling and a seamless customer experience

Required Qualifications:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Expert knowledge of Google Apps and Mac OS X
• Excellent typing skills - must be able to type 70+ wpm and 7,000+ KPH
• Able to handle complex issues and workflows
• Can self-prioritize tasks and assignments
