Intake Audit Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing legal practice, the remote Intake Audit Specialist will monitor and audit incoming client data, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure data integrity while working during Central Time business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Audit, analyze, and reconcile client data to verify accuracy and resolve discrepancies
• Coordinate meetings and communications with third parties for accurate client reconciliations
• Manipulate large datasets to identify and address data deficiencies in collaboration with attorneys

Required qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in large-scale data auditing
• Background in Legal, Finance, or Data Analytics preferred
• College degree required
• Mastery of Microsoft Excel and/or Sigma; experience with Salesforce is ideal
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English
