Intake Call Center Representative

Job Summary

Connecting individuals with vital behavioral health services, the full-time Intake Call Center Representative will handle inbound calls, conduct assessments, and provide compassionate support while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls, conducting initial screenings and assessments to gather vital information
• Provide compassionate support to individuals in crisis, offering appropriate resources and referrals
• Utilize knowledge of behavioral health programs to guide clients to the right level of care

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in psychology or related field preferred)
• 1-2 years of call center or customer service experience, ideally in behavioral health or healthcare
• Familiarity with behavioral health terminology and available community resources
• Proficient in using computer systems, including Microsoft Office
