Intake Case Manager

Job Summary

Guiding clients through the early stages of their cases, the full-time remote Intake Case Manager will manage a high-volume caseload of personal injury clients, ensuring they receive exceptional support and facilitating efficient claims resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Manage personal injury client caseload from intake through case progression
• Communicate with insurance adjusters and carriers to obtain necessary coverage and claim information
• Document all case activity thoroughly and maintain accurate records in the case management system

Required qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required
• 1+ years of experience as an Intake Case Manager or Personal Injury Case Manager in a plaintiff personal injury law firm
• Experience with bodily injury claims, pre-litigation case management, and property damage claims
• Proficiency with Litify, Salesforce, or similar case management systems
• Strong organizational and case management skills, with the ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently
