Intake Case Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing personal injury team, the full-time Intake Case Manager will manage a caseload of clients from intake through case progression, ensuring exceptional support and efficient claim resolution in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage personal injury client caseload and guide them through the early stages of their case
• Communicate with insurance adjusters and carriers to obtain necessary coverage and claim information
• Document all case activity accurately and maintain frequent communication with clients regarding their case status

Required qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required
• 1+ years of experience as an Intake Case Manager or Personal Injury Case Manager in a plaintiff personal injury law firm
• Experience handling bodily injury claims, pre-litigation case management, and insurance communications
• Proficiency with Litify, Salesforce, or similar case management systems
• Strong organizational and case management skills with the ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently
