Intake Case Manager

Job Summary

Guiding clients through the early stages of their personal injury cases, the full-time Intake Case Manager will manage a high-volume caseload, ensuring exceptional support and efficient claims progression in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of personal injury clients from intake through case progression
• Communicate with insurance adjusters and carriers to obtain coverage and claim information
• Document all case activity thoroughly and accurately in the case management system

Required qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required
• 1+ years of experience as an Intake Case Manager or Personal Injury Case Manager in a plaintiff personal injury law firm
• Demonstrated experience handling bodily injury claims and pre-litigation case management
• Proficiency with Litify, Salesforce, or similar case management systems
• Excellent organization and case management skills, with the ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently
