Intake Case Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing Personal Injury team, the full-time remote Intake Case Manager will manage a caseload of clients from intake through case progression, ensuring exceptional support and efficient claims resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Manage personal injury client cases, guiding them through intake and case progression
• Communicate with insurance adjusters and clients, providing updates and obtaining necessary information
• Maintain accurate documentation and case activity within the case management system

Required qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required
• 1+ years of experience as an Intake Case Manager or Personal Injury Case Manager in a plaintiff personal injury law firm
• Experience with bodily injury claims, pre-litigation case management, and property damage claims
• Proficiency with Litify, Salesforce, or similar case management systems
• Strong organizational and case management skills, capable of handling a high-volume caseload independently
