Intake Case Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing Personal Injury team, the full-time Intake Case Manager will manage a caseload of clients from intake through case progression, ensuring exceptional support and efficient claim resolution while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage personal injury client caseloads, guiding cases from intake to resolution
• Communicate with clients and insurance adjusters to obtain necessary information and updates
• Organize and maintain accurate documentation and case activity within the case management system

Required qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• 1+ years of experience as an Intake Case Manager or Personal Injury Case Manager in a plaintiff personal injury law firm
• Experience with bodily injury claims, pre-litigation case management, and property damage claims
• Proficiency in Litify, Salesforce, or similar case management systems
• Strong organizational and case management skills with the ability to handle a high-volume caseload independently
