Intake Case Manager

Job Summary

Managing a caseload of personal injury clients, the full-time Intake Case Manager will guide clients through the early stages of their cases while ensuring exceptional support and efficient claims resolution in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage personal injury client cases from intake through progression, ensuring timely updates and support
• Apply knowledge of bodily injury claims and pre-litigation processes to identify and submit cases for demand evaluation
• Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, and carriers to obtain necessary information and documentation for case management

Required qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• 1+ years of experience as an Intake Case Manager or Personal Injury Case Manager in a plaintiff personal injury law firm
• Demonstrated experience with bodily injury claims, pre-litigation case management, and property damage claims
• Proficiency with Litify, Salesforce, or similar case management systems
• Strong organizational and case management skills, capable of managing a high-volume caseload independently
