Job Summary
To support a growing home care service, the full-time Intake Client Associate will cultivate relationships with key clients, ensure efficient communication for client management, and assist in the onboarding and development of new associates while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive account growth and enhance brand awareness
- Ensure efficient communication channels for streamlined operations and effective client management
- Support the onboarding and continuous development of Intake Client Associates through mentorship and training
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; two years in client services or a related role preferred
- Experience in healthcare sales and knowledge of Medicaid, Waiver, and Home Healthcare preferred
- Proficiency in CRM software like Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and commitment to professional development
