Intake Client Associate

Job Summary

To support a growing home care service, the part-time Intake Client Associate will cultivate client relationships, streamline communication processes, and manage key accounts while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing tailored solutions to drive account growth
• Ensure efficient communication channels to enhance client and referral source management
• Support the onboarding and continuous development of Intake Client Associates through mentorship and feedback

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Two years of experience in client services or a related role, preferably in healthcare sales
• Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce
• Experience in Medicaid, Waiver, and Home Healthcare preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
