Job Summary

A company is looking for an Intake Coordinator MLTC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, scan, and ensure electronic filing of Medicaid-related documents for applicants and members
  • Coordinate all aspects of the Intake process, including scheduling appointments and maintaining contact with potential members
  • Conduct pre-screenings to determine eligibility for services and maintain communication with relevant social service agencies


Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma required; Associate's Degree preferred
  • 1 to 2 years of related experience required; 2 to 5 years preferred
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Word and basic knowledge of MS Excel and Adobe Reader
  • Experience with clerical or administrative responsibilities including data entry and database management
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings as necessary
