Job Summary

A company is looking for an Intake Coordinator I to serve as a liaison between the organization and customers, ensuring effective communication and coordination of care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Educate customers on service benefits and manage intake calls in a high-volume environment
  • Coordinate the referral process and manage customer accounts, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate documentation
  • Collaborate with nursing and customer support teams to address member needs and troubleshoot issues
Required Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in a medical setting
  • Experience with referrals and knowledge of medical terminology
  • Strong administrative and technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with minimal direction
  • Must have a designated distraction-free home office with a wired high-speed internet connection
