Job Summary

A company is looking for an Intake Coordinator - Temporary.

Key Responsibilities

• Obtain requests from providers via phone, fax, or provider portal
• Utilize software systems to determine member plans and requirements
• Build cases in the utilization management system and ensure data accuracy

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with one year of healthcare experience and one year of customer service experience, or a Bachelor's degree
• Preferred: Associate Degree in a related healthcare field
• Two or more years of healthcare and customer service experience
