Job Summary
A company is looking for an Intake Coordinator to manage daily operations in the Intake Call Center.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage authorizations, notifications, and service requests via phone calls, faxes, and portal submissions
- Provide excellent customer service and handle escalated callers
- Prepare authorization cases and provide clerical support to clinical staff
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years of professional experience in an office or healthcare environment
- Proficiency in typing and experience with Microsoft Office Products
- Prior customer service experience with inbound/outbound calls
- Ability to work an eight-hour shift Monday-Friday between 7 am - 7 pm CT
