Job Summary

A company is looking for an Intake Coordinator to manage daily operations in the Intake Call Center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage authorizations, notifications, and service requests via phone calls, faxes, and portal submissions
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle escalated callers
  • Prepare authorization cases and provide clerical support to clinical staff
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ years of professional experience in an office or healthcare environment
  • Proficiency in typing and experience with Microsoft Office Products
  • Prior customer service experience with inbound/outbound calls
  • Ability to work an eight-hour shift Monday-Friday between 7 am - 7 pm CT
