Job Summary
A company is looking for an Intake Coordinator to manage daily operations in the Intake Call Center.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage authorizations, notifications, and service requests via phone, fax, and portal submissions
- Provide excellent customer service and handle escalated calls effectively
- Prepare authorization cases and maintain knowledge of health plan benefits and policies
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years of professional experience in an office or healthcare environment
- Proficient in typing and experience with Microsoft Office Products
- Prior customer service experience with inbound/outbound calls
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
