Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented Intake Coordinator, the full-time remote position will manage inbound orders from referral sources, process patient requests, and ensure accurate documentation within the enterprise system.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide timely and accurate information to clients, ensuring complete satisfaction with services
  • Obtain and document patient referral admission data, maintaining communication across departments
  • Perform insurance verification and obtain prior authorizations for patient onboarding
Required qualifications
  • Preferred associate or bachelor's degree, or strong relevant experience in lieu of a degree
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and strong PC skills
  • Experience with Brightree or CPR+ software is a major advantage
  • Previous experience in patient admissions and customer service in a referral-based practice setting
  • Familiarity with working alongside hospitals, physicians, case managers, and sales teams is preferred
