Job Summary
Providing quality service remotely, the full-time Intake Coordinator will triage telephone, written, and electronic inquiries regarding pre-certification requests, benefit verification, and status requests for employees, members, providers, and clients.
Key responsibilities
- Accurately triage and respond to various inquiries from clients and providers
- Maintain confidentiality while managing sensitive information and communications
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and effective service delivery
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Previous experience in a healthcare or insurance environment
- Ability to read and interpret documents, policies, and procedures
- Experience in a call center setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
