Job Summary

Providing quality service remotely, the full-time Intake Coordinator will triage telephone, written, and electronic inquiries regarding pre-certification requests, benefit verification, and status requests for employees, members, providers, and clients.

Key responsibilities
  • Accurately triage and respond to various inquiries from clients and providers
  • Maintain confidentiality while managing sensitive information and communications
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and effective service delivery
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Previous experience in a healthcare or insurance environment
  • Ability to read and interpret documents, policies, and procedures
  • Experience in a call center setting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
