Job Summary
Supporting the delivery of a federally funded legal services network for unaccompanied children, the full-time Intake and Case Initiation Coordinator will manage the intake process, organize case information, and maintain accurate records while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and improve intake policies, procedures, and documentation standards
- Organize and enter incoming case information, exercising independent judgment to resolve issues
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to advance cases through the intake and initiation process
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with 2+ years of relevant experience in program operations or similar fields
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with structured documentation environments
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize competing deadlines effectively
- Experience maintaining accurate records and coordinating tasks across multiple stakeholders
- Sound judgment and discretion in handling confidential information
