Job Summary

A company is looking for a HSPC Intake Coordinator, NonClinical Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Serves as the first line of customer service for internal and external customers
• Receives and documents patient referrals to hospice services, ensuring compliance with applicable coverage criteria
• Coordinates the evaluation/admission process and communicates pertinent patient information to the care center team

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• One-year administrative experience in a healthcare environment
• Reliable internet service and ability to office from home with minimal disruption to the workday
• Must be familiar with general use and functions of the computer
