Job Summary
A company is looking for an Intake Manager to lead a team while managing a personal caseload of incoming families.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage and advocate for families during the ABA intake process, ensuring informed decision-making
- Manage intake calls, including document collection, caregiver education, and insurance verification
- Design and refine intake processes, monitor team performance, and coordinate with cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
- 3-4 years of experience in a patient intake role within an ABA care delivery organization
- 2-3 years of people management experience with a focus on coaching and accountability
- Strong ability to interpret operational data and KPIs for actionable insights
- Familiarity with intake-relevant technology such as Salesforce and VOIP systems
- Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
