Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and improve current intake procedures for enhanced efficiency
• Manage the intake process from start to finish, ensuring timely task completion
• Supervise and lead intake specialists, including hiring and training

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in operations management or a similar role
• Proficiency in project management tools and software
• Strong knowledge of insurance verification and payer requirements
• Experience with EHR systems and intake management platforms
• Experience in autism or behavioral health is preferred
