Intake Patient Care Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Intake Patient Care Representative (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities

• Admit new patients and ensure completion of all admission paperwork
• Verify insurance coverage and explain benefit information to patients
• Answer incoming calls and assist with patient inquiries and concerns

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 2 years related experience
• Preferred experience in a medical office or customer service
• Knowledge of insurances and respiratory care is a plus
• Education or experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
