Intake Patient Care Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Intake Patient Care Representative (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities

• Admit new patients and verify insurance information while completing admissions paperwork
• Answer incoming calls, assist with patient inquiries, and ensure compliance with internal and external requirements
• Meet performance metrics and collaborate with other departments to resolve patient concerns

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of 2 years related experience
• Preferred experience in a medical office or customer service
• Education or experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
• Experience in healthcare and knowledge of insurance and respiratory care is a plus
