A company is looking for an Intake Patient Care Representative (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities

• Admit new patients and verify insurance information while completing admissions paperwork
• Answer incoming calls, assist with patient inquiries, and ensure compliance with regulations
• Meet performance metrics and collaborate with other departments to address patient concerns

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience
• Preferred experience in medical office or customer service
• Education or experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
• Healthcare experience and knowledge of insurances is a plus
