Intake Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Intake Representative to provide exceptional customer service in the hi-tech respiratory industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Onboard new patients through hospital discharge or company transition
• Process inbound orders and requests from referral sources and patients via multiple communication channels
• Build and maintain professional relationships with core referral sources and account executives

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; strong work experience may be considered
• Experience with patient admissions in a referral source-based practice setting is preferred
• Customer service experience in a Home Medical Equipment company is strongly preferred
• Previous experience with respiratory and enteral therapy patients is a plus
• Strong PC skills, especially with the MS Office suite
