Intake Representative

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and self-motivated, the full-time hourly Intake Representative will review incoming requests for medical management services, verify documentation accuracy, and manage case information in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Validate requests submitted via the provider portal for completeness and accuracy
• Screen cases for required medical information and obtain additional clinical details as needed
• Respond to inbound calls and document interactions in the care management system

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or relevant work experience
• Two years of related work or customer service experience
• One year of experience in healthcare
• Intermediate understanding of medical terminology
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
