Intake Representative Lead

Job Summary

Leading a team of Intake Representatives, the full-time hourly Intake Representative Lead will design, implement, and evaluate review processes while providing subject matter expertise for FFS and Long Term Care reviews in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and monitor the performance of non-clinical staff, providing input to supervisors regarding employee performance
• Assist in the orientation and training of new staff while creating daily training schedules as needed
• Respond to customer and provider inquiries, ensuring timely completion of tasks and addressing any complaints or issues

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 4 years of related work experience, including 2 years in healthcare
• 4 years of direct customer service experience
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office Suite and web-based review workflows
• Demonstrated proficiency with medical terminology and coding
