Intake Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Intake Specialist for a Weekend Call Center position.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter referrals accurately and within established timeframes while meeting productivity and quality standards
• Communicate with referral sources and ensure proper documentation is routed for physician signature and completion
• Assist with regional team functions and ensure compliance with payer guidelines for non-Medicaid patients

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• One year of work experience in healthcare administration, financial services, or customer service related to claims or billing
• Experience in a Medicare certified HME, IV, or HH environment is preferred
