Answer initial client calls and assess their needs for EAP services
Complete EAP Intake Forms and input demographic information into the database
Connect clients to appropriate resources, affiliate providers, or EAP staff for services

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Proficient in IT applications and database management
Experience in a call center or scheduling environment is a plus
Must have a reliable internet connection with specified speed requirements
Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Office programs
Strong commitment to customer service
