Intake Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Intake Specialist to manage client intake processes and provide support for individuals seeking treatment for opioid addiction.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the client liaison for incoming intake calls, providing knowledgeable and welcoming responses
• Conduct client Biopsychosocial Assessments and schedule initial intake appointments using EMR
• Coordinate client no-shows with clinic coordinators to ensure a seamless intake process

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
• Minimum 1-year experience in human services, healthcare, or customer service roles
• Ability to work flexible hours, including at least 2 holidays per year
