Job Summary

A company is looking for an Intake Specialist to manage patient referrals and documentation in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter referrals accurately and timely while meeting productivity and quality standards
• Communicate with referral sources and physicians to ensure proper documentation is completed
• Work with local branch leadership to provide appropriate inventory and services

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• One year of experience in healthcare administrative, financial, or insurance customer services, claims, billing, or call center roles
• Experience in a Medicare certified HME, IV, or HH environment is preferred
• Proficiency in navigating multiple online EMR systems
• Knowledge of payer guidelines and clinical documentation requirements
