Job Summary

A company is looking for an Intake Specialist to manage patient referrals and documentation in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with payer guidelines and assist with documentation for the referral process

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in a related field preferred
• One year of work-related experience in healthcare administration, financial services, or insurance
• Experience in healthcare organizations, pharmacies, or similar environments that bill insurance
• For senior and lead levels, additional years of exact job experience are required
• Proficiency with computers and healthcare software applications is essential
