Job Summary

A company is looking for an Intake Specialist to manage new patient referrals and coordinate start-of-care visits.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate start-of-care visits by collecting information, matching nurses to patients, and confirming logistics
• Communicate proactively with specialty pharmacies, nurses, and patients through various channels
• Work cross-functionally to ensure visit documentation and related tasks are completed efficiently

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in utilizing multiple technology platforms simultaneously
• Experience in the healthcare industry, preferably with infusion therapy or specialty pharmacy
• Ability to type 60 words per minute with high accuracy
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced, startup environment
