Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enters referrals and communicates with referral sources and patients regarding documentation and financial responsibilities
• Supervises team members, conducts training sessions, and monitors team performance metrics
• Maintains compliance with regulations and ensures appropriate inventory/services are provided

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred
• One year of work-related experience in healthcare administration, financial, or insurance customer services
• Experience in healthcare organizations or pharmacies that bill insurance or provide medical supplies
• Proficiency in using computers and healthcare software applications
• Ability to work independently and manage confidential patient information
