Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred in a related field
• One year of work-related experience in healthcare administration, financial, or insurance customer services
• Experience in health care organization or pharmacy that bills insurance or provides medical supplies
• Proficiency with computers and healthcare software applications
• Ability to work independently and manage confidential patient information
