Job Summary

A company is looking for an Intake Specialist to manage client intake and provide support for those seeking treatment for opioid addiction.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the client liaison for intake calls, providing knowledgeable and supportive responses
Initiate client assessments and schedule intake appointments using EMR systems
Facilitate client intake processes and coordinate with clinic staff regarding no-shows

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
Minimum 1-year experience in human services, healthcare, or customer service
Availability to work at least 2 holidays per year
