Job Summary

A company is looking for an Intake Specialist (Inbound).

Key Responsibilities

• Receives incoming calls from patients and schedules various appointment types
• Documents and confirms requested appointments while ensuring excellent customer service
• Manages incoming faxes and triages general inquiry calls

Required Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Good fit for the job as determined by a skills assessment
• Experience in a medical office is preferred
