Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enters referrals and communicates with referral sources to ensure proper documentation
• Reviews medical records for compliance and coordinates with patients regarding their financial responsibilities
• Supervises team members, leads training sessions, and monitors team performance metrics

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in a related field preferred
• One year of work-related experience in healthcare administration, customer service, or similar roles
• Experience in healthcare organizations or services that bill insurance preferred
• Proficiency with computers and healthcare software applications
• Ability to work independently and manage confidential patient information
