Job Summary

A company is looking for an Intake Specialist for a hybrid position in Portland, OR.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure a seamless and effective enrollment process for prospective clients into the program
• Act as the initial point-of-contact for calls from prospective clients and caregivers
• Maintain data input and manage a high open caseload until enrollment is complete

Required Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume inbound and outbound call environment
• Motivated to help patients and caregivers with a drive to exceed targets
• Computer proficiency and strong typing skills
• High empathy and ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Flexibility to adapt as roles and responsibilities evolve
