Intake Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Intake Specialist (Inbound).

Key Responsibilities

• Receive incoming calls from patients and schedule appointments across multiple locations
• Document and confirm requested appointments while providing excellent customer service
• Manage incoming faxes and triage general inquiry calls

Required Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience
• Experience in a medical office is preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred
• Experience with EMR systems (NextGen) is preferred
