Intake Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Intake Specialist to support children, teens, families, and young adults with behavioral health concerns.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct initial evaluations for new members and families in a confidential setting
• Screen new members for risk and triage into appropriate services
• Document evaluations and manage pre- and post-session administrative tasks

Required qualifications, training, and education:

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or Psychology-related field (unlicensed) or certified coach with mental health experience
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using virtual meeting platforms
• Organized and adaptable in a dynamic environment
• Warm and engaging clinical style
