Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full intake process for new families seeking ABA and therapy services
• Verify insurance benefits and eligibility, and manage ABA authorization requests
• Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth operations and maintain client care continuity

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of customer service experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities or in an ABA setting preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred
