Key Responsibilities

• Receive and process authorization requests via phone, fax, and web
• Verify eligibility and physician participation while collecting and transferring non-clinical data
• Provide customer service to callers following up on existing authorization requests

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required
• Preferred 1 year of experience in medical, healthcare, or contact center settings
• Ability to remain in a stationary position for prolonged periods
