A company is looking for an Intake Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a champion for new families, assisting them in finding the right ABA service provider
• Educate caregivers on ABA services and verify insurance benefits for new clients
• Manage case updates in Salesforce and coordinate with various teams to ensure smooth intake processes

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Intake or patient relationship management within an ABA care delivery organization
• 2+ years in a high-volume ABA Intake role, managing 20+ families per week
• Strong knowledge of insurance basics, including eligibility and benefits
• Highly organized and process-oriented, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
