Intake Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Intake Specialist - Inbound.

Key Responsibilities

• Receives incoming calls from patients and schedules appointments for multiple locations
• Documents and confirms requested appointments while providing excellent customer service
• Manages incoming faxes and triages general inquiry calls

Required Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years related experience in customer service, call center, or medical records/insurance
• Preferred experience in Orthotics and Prosthetics
• Experience with EMR systems (NextGen) is a plus
• Must pass the Talent Sorter assessment as part of the selection process
